Your Impact 

Drive Commercial Growth: Identify and activate non-traditional channels to scale patient access and revenue growth in the U.S. and globally. 

Innovate the Digital Patient Journey: Partner with Product Management to create seamless, high-converting digital experiences that improve patient outcomes and business performance. 

Develop & Own Business Strategy: Collaborate across Product, Revenue, and Marketing to build and execute high-growth strategies that unlock new market opportunities. 

Lead High-Impact Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic relationships with virtual sleep clinics, telehealth providers, and emerging industry disruptors to enhance digital pathways. 

Pilot & Scale New Business Models: Design, test, and validate innovative commercial models that accelerate growth, with direct responsibility for outcomes and scaling initiatives. 

Deliver Market Insights & Competitive Edge: Conduct deep market and competitor analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and potential M&A targets that fuel strategic decision-making.

Employees accrue three weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) in their first year of employment, receive 11 paid holidays plus 3 floating days and are eligible for 14 weeks of primary caregiver or two weeks of secondary caregiver leave when welcoming new family members. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: 

  • 175,000.00 - 219,000.00 - 264,000.00 USA

Total Base Pay Range

  • 187,000.00 - 235,000.00 USD Annual
