As a Director of Sales, a typical day for you will include:
- Residential & Commercial Sales Strategy Development:
- Sales Program Creation:
- Franchise Owner Sales Training:
- Partnerships and Stakeholder Management:
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Perform other duties as required. These duties may include assignments in job classification other than their own.

(Required qualifications)
- Experience: Five (5) or more years related experience in the below:
- Proven track record as a commercial sales director or in a similar relevant role.
- Strong background in sales and/or marketing, including managing relationships with key clients.
- In-depth understanding of lawn and landscape industry.
- Creating and managing sales programs across multiple locations and/or franchise experience a plus.
