Job Summary
This role will support execution of our Revenue strategy. You will be a high value-add business partner to the key sales leaders, enabling revenue growth through the execution of our strategic initiatives. This role will have responsibility for every phase of the strategic process - from articulating leaders' ideas for strategic projects, defining project plans, and coordinating efforts across a matrixed organization. The candidate will be comfortable briefing senior leaders with essential tactical updates. This is a dynamic role where no two days will look alike. The candidate will be a proactive, diplomatic, and structured problem-solver, who can align our leaders and drive our business forwards.
Job Description
Strategic Planning
Become a "student of the business". Develop a detailed understanding of our prospect/client base via research and regular engagement with account teams
Develop subject matter expertise around industry trends and how key client personas interact
Support strategy team in connecting priorities and themes across: Strategic LRP, Financial budget, Revenue key account plans, client QBRs, Product roadmap, Sales Marketing press calendar, and Organizational Design & People
Strategic Business Partnering
Embed structure and rigor for large team leaders: chair team meetings, oversee actions & follow ups
Advise leaders on optimal team performance e.g. cross-functional alignment, new product GTM planning, account RACIs, QBR cycles, information flows
Identify and promote transferrable sales tactics from key account plans and competitive intelligence
Strengthen product roadmap visibility and understanding. Render technical specs into business-accessible language
Strategic Program Management
Lead high priority initiatives, develop strategic playbooks, oversee governance and timely delivery
Deliver executive briefings on high priority initiatives
Align key stakeholders around strategic priorities, guide collaboration, and enforce accountability
Manage development of real-time executive dashboards and generation of actionable insights from Financial & Operational KPIs

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $158,689.27 - $238,033.90
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
