Job Summary
Responsible for providing account management and sales support for an assigned portfolio of existing and newly signed customers. Manages overall account strategies for specific named accounts, including identification of incremental revenue opportunities, new product and service opportunities and retention of existing services. Provides support for customer relationship management and customer satisfaction in addition to delivering customer revenue and retention objectives. Identifies and manages interactions with assigned group of existing customers to identify cross/up and repeat sales opportunities. Resolves problems and ensuring customers receive high quality customer service. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Core Responsibilities

  • Owns commercial relationships with a book of accounts with responsibility for account strategy, spend growth, upsells and renewals.
  • Develops and executes account plans based on a strong understanding of customer goals, both business and technical.
  • Uses knowledge product offering and data-driven insights to come up with joint solutions to achieve customer objectives.
  • Leads compelling strategic business reviews to identify customer needs and drive growth opportunities.
  • Develops trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Identifies new customer stakeholders to drive expansion opportunities.
  • Manages cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of customer objectives.
  • Serves as a point of escalation for product or customer success issues.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $81,327.90 - $121,991.85
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Targeted Commission: $36,429
Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
