Director of Sales, Hyperscalers
What you'll do:
- Will be responsible for servicing strategic hyperscale datacenters and their ecosystem partners to maximize business opportunities and increase revenue.
- You will work with the Sales & Marketing teams to implement sales strategies and value-added programs which are essential for achieving sales targets.
- Drive revenue growth with existing and target customers
- Gather market information on customer's activities, projects and sales forecasts
- Be knowledgeable on products and markets such that we can match company solutions to customers' needs
- Interact and engage with customers to understand their needs, translate the requirement into a suitable solution
What you'll need:
- Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience calling on hyperscalers in the US
- Competent knowledge of electronic components, ASICS, and datacenter architecture will be advantageous
- A strong team leader, who is confident working within a collaborative team environment
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, qualitative and deduction skills.
Salary and Benefits
Your contribution will be recognized with a base salary within the range of $175,000 to $225,000 annually as It is influenced by your qualifications, experience, location, and the internal equity of our team to ensure fairness and consistency across roles. In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, employees are also eligible for additional compensation opportunities, including a short-term incentive program, Retirement & Saving Programs and participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
