Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Director, Sales Enablement to lead the design, delivery, and optimization of strategic enablement programs for our global sales organization. This role is instrumental in equipping sales teams with the knowledge, tools, and strategies needed to achieve and exceed sales bookings goals, pipeline generation targets, and other key performance metrics for Intelerad’s Growth organization.

You will be responsible for executing program strategy and design, as well as creating a variety of assets to support sellers' learning and development. You will demonstrate strong business judgment and be skilled at breaking down complex, high-level ideas into executable deliverables; excellent communication and cross-functional management abilities will be critical for this role. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work with the executive team responsible for all of our sales, marketing, and product development.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and implementing impactful sales onboarding programs, strategic and coordinated enablement programs, and continuous training initiatives. As a collaborative leader, you will partner closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure our global salesforce is prepared to thrive in a competitive marketplace.   • Strategic Enablement Design: Partner with sales, marketing, and product leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with organizational priorities, ensuring sales teams are equipped with up-to-date tools and messaging aimed at addressing sales readiness, pipeline growth, and quota attainment.
  • Sales Boot Camps and Onboarding: Design, deliver, and manage high-impact sales boot camps and onboarding programs to accelerate ramp-up time and prepare new hires for success in their roles.
  • Program Delivery: Lead the creation of training content, sales playbooks, and enablement materials that align with go-to-market strategies and resonate with the needs of a diverse global team.
  • Metrics-Driven Focus: Define and track KPIs for enablement programs, ensuring initiatives contribute to measurable outcomes such as increased deal velocity, win rates, and revenue growth.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing enablement team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Continuous Improvement: Solicit feedback from stakeholders, assess program effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments to improve enablement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related role, ideally within a global software or technology company.
  • Proven success in designing and delivering sales programs that drive measurable sales outcomes and accelerate new hire ramp-up.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a metrics-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Expertise in sales methodologies, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and experience with enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Seismic).
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
