About The Role:

As the Director of Sales, Club at Feastables, you will lead our efforts to expand and deepen partnerships with key club channel retailers such as Costco and Sam’s Club. Your expertise in managing club accounts will help position Feastables as a leader in this space while maintaining alignment with our broader business goals.

In this role, you’ll combine strategic foresight with hands-on execution, all while expanding Feastables’ footprint within this sector. You will drive critical decisions that will shape the market presence of one of the fastest-growing snack brands and lead us to new heights - we can’t wait to have you as part of this journey!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the club channel, focusing on long-term growth and profitability
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders at club retailers such as Costco and Sam’s Club, ensuring collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Innovation, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment in meeting club channel requirements and optimizing product offerings
  • Tailor go-to-market strategies, including packaging, pricing, and promotions, to meet the unique needs of the club channel
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide data-driven insights that inform sales strategies and identify areas of opportunity within the club landscape
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from forecasting and planning to execution and post-launch analysis, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and retailer priorities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain Feastables’ competitive edge
  • Represent the Feastables brand at key retailer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Set and surpass ambitious sales targets, using data-driven insights for strategic planning

Recipe For Success:

  • 8+ years of sales experience within the CPG industry, with at least 4  years managing club channel accounts
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful sales strategies for Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, or similar retailers.
  • Strong understanding of the club channel landscape, including pricing strategies, promotional planning, and retailer operations
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior-level stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in leveraging data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively representing Feastables in high-stakes settings
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling brands
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally within the food and beverage sector
  • A genuine interest in the creator and social media space, aligning with Feastables' brand ethos
