What You’ll Own and Drive:

• Optimize end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure seamless product flow from suppliers to customers.
• Embed cutting-edge best practices to boost efficiency and supply chain performance.
• Oversee inventory strategy—balancing cost-efficiency with world-class service delivery.
• Accelerate supply velocity through strategic thinking, clear engagement pathways, and continuous improvement.
• Forge strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure the reliable flow of critical materials and components.
• Present impactful insights on supply chain performance to senior leadership.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles to drive measurable value.
• Champion change management—embedding new operating models while inspiring team-wide buy-in.
• Mitigate supply chain risks through collaborative, cross-functional partnerships.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field (an advanced degree or APICS CPIM certification is a plus).
• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, ideally within manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Proven leadership experience of at least 5 years, inspiring and managing high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise in Advanced Planning and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, o9) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling.
• A strategic and commercially focused mindset with demonstrated end-to-end thinking.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data for insightful, data-driven decisions.
• A natural ability to motivate, inspire, and drive business outcomes through leadership.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional partnerships.
• A passion for accountability and delivery excellence—with a history of driving measurable results.
