We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing to build and lead our product marketing function.This role will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution of go-to-market initiatives, messaging, positioning, and sales enablement for our clinical AI solutions.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with the VP of Product and the broader Growth and Product teams, this role will deliver high-impact product launches and develop a consistent, scalable GTM process. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle and the ability to translate complex technology into compelling narratives. This role will be a bridge between Marketing and Product, and will work cross-functionally across several teams to drive product adoption and market impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Positioning and Messaging: Partner closely with Product and Marketing to understand our roadmap and proactively develop positioning and messaging for our target personas of healthcare finance, revenue cycle, and clinical documentation (CDI) leaders.
  • GTM Frameworks: Develop and implement a scalable GTM framework that supports new product innovations and launches, establishing best practices for GTM playbooks, launch strategies, and enablement resources. 
  • Product launches: Drive launch planning and execution for new products and features, ensuring alignment with Product, Growth, and Customer Success to optimize adoption and engagement.
  • KPIs: Define and track key GTM KPIs and metrics to optimize market penetration and adoption, leveraging insights to continuously refine GTM strategies and messaging.
  • Customer and stakeholder insights: Own market research and competitive intelligence, ensuring our deep understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and competitor positioning.
  • Sales enablement and competitive positioning: Create compelling collateral, pitch decks, competitive battlecards, and training materials that help the sales team articulate our value proposition.
  • Customer adoption and retention: Work closely with Customer Success to develop strategies that drive engagement, retention, and expansion of our solutions

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing in healthcare technology, preferably in revenue cycle management or AI-driven solutions.
  • Willingness to be a player/coach until a product marketing team is hired/formed.
  • Strong ability to craft compelling messaging and tell stories that connect with healthcare decision-makers.
  • Proven experience in launching and marketing technology solutions to hospitals and health systems.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare provider revenue cycle challenges and workflows.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience leveraging data analytics to refine messaging, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize GTM strategies.

Compensation

$140-170k base + equity
