About the Team

Inbound SCMS (Supply Chain Management System) team is solving the below difficult problems with the most advanced technology.

1. Which product to buy from which vendor

2. How much of each product should we buy.

3. Where should we put our inventory, so we ship the product to customers with the fastest delivery.

4. How much inventory should we have in each of our FCs at the lowest cost.

What You will do:

  • Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and KPIs for one or more areas within supply chain system
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including defining product requirements, identifying use cases, and establishing success metrics.
  • Identify new opportunities to enhance key business metrics in supply chain management.
  • Drive new product development with clear objectives and timelines, fostering collaboration across teams and employing rigorous project management methodologies.
  • Inspire the team with your product vision, collaborating cross-functionally to realize it.
  • Develop a top-tier supply chain management system that aligns with business objectives, enhances operational efficiency, reduces costs, and exceeds customer expectations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with a track record of developing and executing a compelling product vision
  • Leadership experience with a history of successfully launching and sustaining products and programs
  • An analytical mindset suited to a fast-paced, data-driven, highly dynamic start-up like environment and the capability to translate ambiguous problems into insights, scoped features, and projects
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate effectively and influence others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to understand technical challenges and make educated trade-offs between time, resources, and business needs
  • Track record of mentoring and developing more junior team members into future company leaders
  • A bias for action and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done.

It would be great if you additionally have:

  • Masters degree in a quantitative field (business, engineering, statistics) or equivalent experience. 
  • Experience in designing and launching supply chain planning products (e.g., vendor management, SKU management, ordering, fulfillment planning, inventory management, scheduling, routing, network design, etc.)
  • Experience tackling ambiguous business and operational challenges, including the ability to model decision problems effectively, at the right level of abstraction
  • Previous e-commerce or supply chain management domain experience
  • Experience working in international environments and globally distributed teams
