You will work with a global team of engineers, product managers, designers, and program managers concentrated in Hungary, India, the UK, and the US.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving product vision and product strategies that help our customers build cultures where people matter most.
  • Managing, coaching, and developing a globally distributed team of product managers.
  • Leading our quarterly product planning, ensuring each quarter’s efforts strike the right balance of innovation, operation, and iteration.
  • Engaging with clients, prospects, and internal teams globally to identify opportunities for learning, performance, and talent management features. 
  • Supporting go-to-market activities, collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Serving as a spokesperson for Bridge, speaking at webinars and in-person events.
  • Communicating clearly with stakeholders and influencing decisions at all levels of the organization.

About You

  • Excellent English-language communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to tailor messages to match the audience.

  • Manager-coach who is able to identify and nurture potential in their team members.
  • 5-7 years of software product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Not Required, but Awesome

  • Experience leading and empowering globally distributed teams.
  • Experience with the Scaled Agile framework (SAFe).
  • Past HR technology experience, particularly in Learning or Performance Management.
  • Product analytics experience. We use Google Analytics, BigQuery, Google Data Studio, Looker, Full Story, and Pendo.
  • Familiar with principles of user experience design and research.
  • Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.
