Join us in transforming the hospitality industry by leading the strategy, development, and execution of payment solutions within the Mews Property Management System (PMS), empowering hoteliers to grow their businesses through seamless embedded payments and innovative financial tools. As a visionary leader in this pivotal role, you’ll own the product roadmap for our financial services, integrating solutions like payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, while iterating on existing products and planning strategic launches to drive value for our B2B2C stakeholders, hotels, and their guests across European markets and beyond. Your work will ensure we meet diverse customer needs, paving the way for the future of hospitality through fintech innovation and global expansion.

✅ Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
- Define and execute the product vision for Mews’ payment solutions and financial services, ensuring seamless integration into our hospitality SaaS platform.
- Lead the end-to-end development of proprietary payment systems, designed from the ground up to meet the unique needs of the hospitality industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, and customer success) to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric fintech products.
- Leverage your deep understanding of Payments and European EMI (Electronic Money Institution) regulations to ensure compliance and innovation.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify market opportunities, prioritise features, and deliver measurable business impact.
- Act as a thought leader in fintech, shaping how Mews redefines payments in a B2B2C context.
- Drive a culture of experimentation, iteration, and excellence within the product team.
🤝️ You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
- A proven product leader with extensive experience in Payments, ideally within a B2B2C environment, and laser focus on create a great customer experience.
- Hands-on expertise in building payment systems from scratch, no reliance on third-party frameworks or borrowed solutions.
- Deep knowledge of European EMI regulations and fintech compliance standards.
- A strategic thinker with a track record of delivering innovative, customer-focused products that drive growth anchored data
- Analytical and anchored in data driven decision making
- Exceptional communicator, capable of aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared vision. Bonus: Experience in Hospitality SaaS or a passion for transforming the hospitality industry through technology.
The referenced salary range is based on Mews' good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, and skill level as determined during the interview process.
Commissions are in addition to the advertised salary range and are determined based on employee performance.
