Your day at NTT DATA

This is a global position accountable for shaping the offerings, messaging, and portfolio marketing strategies for the Digital Workplace Services (DWS) portfolio.
This role is a key leader in the organization and helps drive marketing positioning, thought leadership and growth for the DWS portfolio with an emphasis on messaging consistency, leadership with analysts and influencers, partner value proposition, campaign value proposition and win themes.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Messaging and positioning: craft value proposition and messaging framework for the DWS portfolio in line with the target audience persona, and clearly articulate the positioning of our solutions.
  • Partner value proposition for DWS
  • Content planning and execution: this role will work closely with the business leaders, portfolio and product teams, sales, and regional industry marketing teams to develop a comprehensive DWS content and portfolio marketing plan and strategy & execute it effectively to achieve desired business objectives.           
  • Thought leadership: Oversee and manage the development and distribution of market-facing content assets. Ensure timely distribution through various channels, such as website, social media, email campaigns, and publications. Continuously optimize content strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize reach and effectiveness.
  • Case studies: develop named case studies and success stories
  • Develop campaign value proposition including social media messaging
  • Create win themes for growth accounts.
  • Influencer messaging: work closely with the analyst and influencer teams to craft the DWS story, message and the narrative for the analyst community.
  • Knowledge and Attributes:
  • Strong understanding of marketing and product/portfolio marketing function
  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of campaign strategies, digital marketing and data-driven decision making.
  • Product/portfolio marketing expertise for the DWS domain
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail
  • Strong written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management
  • Collaborative and agile style with enterprise-level problem solving abilities
  • Strategic thinking and tactical implementation

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, communication or related field.

Required Experience:

  • 15+ year marketing experience including 5+ years of product/portfolio marketing for Digital Workplace Services (DWS)
  • Experience of working with large global organizations
  • Experience with partner marketing
  • Experience with campaign planning and value proposition
