Collaborates with perioperative leadership for capital planning
-
Additionally, this position provides oversight of system billing and scheduling infrastructure.

Develops/sets department objectives and collaborates in the development of Perioperative policies and procedures.

Collaborates to develop and implement measures/strategic plans for Perioperative Services to improve and expand care.
-
Facilitates process Improvement projects within the perioperative region.
-
Provides long-term vision and strategic planning to coincide with goals and objectives of the ECH enterprise.

Ensures services are provided in accordance with professional, regulatory and accrediting standards, which patients, families, and all customers are the focus of all business activities, and that employee satisfaction and provider engagement creates a culture of quality and safety.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required and Masters/Doctorate preferred with five years of administrative and/or operational support experience in a procedural health care setting, preferred
-
Experience in Performance Improvement/Lean Management projects with proven results
-
Minimum two years management or supervisory experience preferred
-
CPT, ICD.9 & 10, HCPCS coding/billing experience/knowledge
-
Experience designing and implementing programs to increase reimbursement
-
Proven crisis management and fiscal management skills
-
Strong background working with ancillary hospital departments to streamline patient care

Excellent analytical, decision making, problem solving and organizational skills
-
Effective writing and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems, experience with EPIC preferred

Ability to work independently.

Salary Range:
$100.72 - $151.08 USD Hourly
