Are you ready to make an impact on a global stage? We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team as our Head of Global People Operations. This 100% remote role will report directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and have the opportunity to shape our People and Culture function across the globe. You'll oversee all aspects of our people operations—from managing and developing the People Operations team (a team of 4) to driving operational improvements, managing complex employee relations projects, and ensuring our benefits programs attract and retain top talent.
What You'll Do
As the Global Head of People Operations, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence and leading the continuous improvement of our people function, including:
- Lead and Inspire: Manage and develop our People Operations team across multiple regions, providing coaching, guidance, and support.
- Oversee Payroll Excellence: Ensure the accuracy of global payrolls,, identifying and implementing operational improvements.
- Global Benefits Administration: Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of our global benefits program to ensure competitive and compliant offerings that foster employee well-being across all regions.
- Shape Global Initiatives: Support key people projects, including performance reviews, engagement plans, change management, and reward strategies.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee and continuously improve the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding and organizational changes.
- People Analytics: Own the collection and analysis of HR data, identify key metrics and actionable trends, and deliver strategic recommendations to enhance programs and initiatives.
- Collaboration with Business Partners: Work closely with People Business Partners to support new People initiatives, policy updates, and address tier 1 employee relations issues.
- Training & Compliance: Oversee the compliance training platform, ensuring all employees complete required training, and maintain global adherence to HR regulations, People policies, the Employee Handbook, and the Code of Conduct.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, Finance, and Talent Acquisition on the onboarding/offboarding processes for both permanent and contingent workforces.
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking a leader who can seamlessly blend strategic vision with hands-on execution. To thrive in this role, you’ll need to have:
- Experience:
- 12+ years in People Operations with a proven track record in HR systems management, benefits administration, and compliance across diverse geographies.
- 4+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in HR compliance—including familiarity with local, state, federal, and international employment regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems; experience with Ceridian’s Dayforce is a distinct advantage.
- Analytical & Project Management Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Additional Considerations:
- Experience with global benefits administration.
- HR certifications (e.g., PHR or SHRM) are highly regarded but not required.
