Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of HR to join our People Innovation team. In this role, you will oversee core HR functions, from recruitment and employee engagement to performance management and strategic initiatives, helping to shape a culture that aligns with our company values. Responsibilities
- Oversee and refine the hiring process to attract top talent and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Administer and evaluate compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and clear communication to employees.
- Manage feedback processes like pulse checks and eNPS surveys, turning insights into actionable improvements.
- Enhance performance processes and tools, providing training to maximize their impact on employees and managers.
- Provide coaching and HR guidance to managers, strengthening leadership capabilities and team performance.
- Identify training needs and implement programs that support professional growth and align with business goals.
- Mentor/Manage and provide feedback and guidance to the HR team, fostering collaboration, cross-training, and a culture of learning.
- Create and manage the department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and ensure compliance requirements and employment regulations are met.
- Lead the planning and execution of internal events that foster connection, creativity, and collaboration.
- 6+ years of experience in an HR generalist role.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and translate insights into impactful action plans.
- Experience managing budgets and using HR technology, including intranet platforms and performance management tools.
- Passion for fostering inclusive and positive workplace cultures and inspiring teams to achieve their full potential.

Final compensation will be determined by the candidate’s relevant experience, knowledge/skills and location.
