We're looking for an experienced Operations Director to join our team and help oversee the operation of our office in Santo Domingo. As Director, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our team is working effectively and delivering the high level of service that our clients have come to expect.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase the quality of customer service
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- 3 or more years of experience
- 5 years Managing Managers
- Advanced English (Fully bilingual)
- Call Center experience
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
