We seek a passionate and dynamic Director of National Partners Americas to join our Exabeam Global Channel sales team . The successful candidate will drive Exabeam's growth by managing our most strategic partners in North America. They will lead and coordinate field engagement, enablement, and business development activities to ensure cross-functional readiness and revenue growth . In addition, they will assist in scaling our channel routes to markets within the Technology Solution Distributor channel.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual sales goal for NA Strategic Partners .
- Partner with NA business leaders .
- Help establish new key relationships with the TSD community. .
- Develop annual and quarterly business plans and a review cadence to track pipeline, sales, and events and stay on track to agreed-upon goals. .
- Identify and cultivate relationships with Senior leadership in our partner accounts .
- Track partner performance and identify trends/opportunities/challenges; drive strategies and take appropriate action to maximize benefit for all parties .
- Facilitate relationships between field sales/SE teams, key partner sales, and technical team contacts.
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent experience .
- Experience reaching and exceeding goals in a high-growth environment.
- Experience building partnerships with VAR partners .
- Understanding and experience of selling in a high-growth SaaS company .
- Must have Enterprise Software sales/partner management experience .
- Ability to represent an organization at the highest levels with customers, partners, events, and industry .
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (both verbal and written) .
- Ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects .
- Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail .
- English Language fluent.
- Significant travel may be required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in cybersecurity market with some or all the following technologies: SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, MDR .

Salary:
The annual starting salary for this position is between $161,000 - $179,000 annually
plus commission
, depending on location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
