Media Analytics is a team with vision and creativity, driving business value at the intersection of Marketing, Strategy, and Analytics. We are problem solvers and doers who apply rigorous analytics to assess and steer T-Mobile’s enterprise media investments, driving growth through our marketing channels. We combine our ability to dive into the data with business acuity – we understand the drivers of performance through every stage of the funnel and guide leadership on key media investment decisions.
We are seeking a tech-savvy, analytically minded, strategic leader with particular interest in media measurement and superb communication skills to drive the discussions of media optimization and performance with each product line of business. You will align with marketing leaders on key media & business performance questions, create measurement plans across various tools, consolidate results and insights, communicate learnings, and make recommendations on future marketing and media strategy. In addition, you will own and drive our Media Test & Learn program, across multiple media partners ensuring technical measurement capabilities, analytical rigor, strategic prioritization, business-led outcome metrics, and proactively managing stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Be the thought-leader of how to consolidate insights from across multiple analytical tools, to deliver impactful, actionable insights to optimize and drive more efficient media investment decisions
- Build trust and ensure strong partnerships with Marketing leaders; communicate media performance analytics to cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead the prioritization and implementation of media tests for maximum learnings and impacts; consolidate results and learnings into thematic learnings and recommendations
- Understand current state of digital media test/control capabilities with all T-Mobile media partners, and create a testing roadmap & vision (Display, Search, Social, Online Video, etc)
- Develop the foundational data elements and pipelines to enable the measurement you’ve envisioned, partnering with vendors, agencies, and internal teams
- Lead an analytical and technical team, and prioritize work effectively, for a balance of long-term measurement enablement and short-term insights, and across the T-Mobile enterprise portfolio
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree Quantitative field, such as engineering, operations research, mathematics, computer science, statistics, business, economics, finance (Required)
- Master's/Advanced Degree Quantitative field, such as engineering, operations research, mathematics, computer science, statistics, business, economics, finance (Required)
- 10 years' experience Work experience and demonstrated ability in an analytics role Required
- 3 years' experience leading a team with technical, business analytical, and data science skillsets Required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Data and Analytics: Deep knowledge with data and analytics: regression models, data transformation/ETL, statistical testing, scripting, visualization, data environments, and AI/ML tools (Required)
- Marketing, Advertising, Media: Familiarity with marketing, advertising, and media, particularly digital media (Programmatic Display, OTT/Online Video, Streaming Audio, Social, Search), AdTech stack, media attribution measurement (MMM, MTA), and Adobe Analytics a plus (Required)

Base Pay Range: $177,800 - $240,600
Corporate Bonus Target: 25%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
