As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.

The Opportunity:

Reporting directly to the Vice President, Marketing, this role will help develop and execute Revolution Medicine’s diagnostic testing strategies for the company’s lead RAS(ON) programs in preparation for anticipated launches in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). While Revolution Medicine’s lead asset may launch with or without a companion diagnostic testing requirement, our entire pipeline is focused on targeting RAS mutation(s) and raising awareness of RAS testing and patients’ RAS mutation status is a critical priority for delivering on our mission. This role will require close collaboration with the PDAC and NSCLC indication teams as well as the broader commercial organization to ensure that strategies are aligned with brand priorities and well-integrated into the overall marketing plan.

  • Works on cross-functional diagnostic marketing strategy and execution, including initiatives across HCP (oncologist, pathologist) and consumer/patient.

  • Collaborates closely with external CDx partners as well as internal cross functional teams including Commercial, Medical Affairs and Clinical Development to develop diagnostic market development and launch.

  • Builds and maintains external partnerships meant to enhance and enable the diagnostic strategy, including Lab partnerships, advocacy, professional societies.

  • Supports ad-hoc HCP and Patient workstreams that are critical for the success of near-term launches

  • Serves as diagnostic testing SME for broader organization to stay informed on external market and trends

    • Provides input to pipeline program teams on issues related to diagnostic testing

  • Travels as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills, Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required with at least 5+ years of progressive commercial experience in a biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical company including global strategic marketing

  • Successful history of developing and executing marketing strategy

  • familiarity with diagnostics or lab background

  • Experience building and integrating new capabilities that are relevant to launch success

  • Demonstrated ability to derive insights/analytics leading to the development of innovative marketing strategies.

  • Ability to work well cross-functionally and influence across an organization at all levels.

  • Experience working with multiple marketing and cross-functional partners including medical, value and access, advocacy and professional relations, policy and public affairs, sales, account management and business analytics.

  • Excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize effectively to deliver results within reasonably established timelines.

  • Ability to represent Revolution Medicines well externally, strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a tolerance for ambiguity, and a passion for helping cancer patient.

Preferred Skills:

  • MBA degree combined with 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing.

  • Launch and customer-facing experience strongly preferred.

  • Targeted oncology product experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience in a smaller, rapidly growing, company.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $204,000 to $255,000 for candidates working onsite at our headquarters in Redwood City, CA. The range displayed on each job posting is intended to be the salary for an individual working onsite in Redwood City and will be adjusted for the local market a candidate is based in. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, market dynamics, and relevant education or training.

Please note that base salary is one part of the overall total rewards program at RevMed, which includes competitive cash compensation, robust equity awards, strong benefits, and significant learning and development opportunities.
