Position Purpose: As part of AcariaHealth, a subsidiary of Centene, the Director, Implementation will lead efforts in the build out of the PMO, oversee the management and implementation of new programs, services, products and/or markets. Partner with business units, health plans and corporate staff to direct enterprise-wide business implementation teams and advise the company on standard implementation models.
*Approximately 25% travel to Orlando and/or St. Louis offices.*

Ensure transitions of new programs from proposal phase through contracting and implementation.

Direct business and program implementations to meet budget, timeline, and contractual requirements.

Oversee implementation of all operational functions of new business or program during contracting and implementation phase across all contributing departments.

Serve as liaison to state, providers and key stakeholders for new markets and/or business expansions during business or program implementation.

Serve as liaison to corporate partners and team members to ensure enterprise-wide adherence to implementation plans and timelines.

Collaborate with project management team to create organizational structures, team structures, work breakdown structures, work planning, issue logs, decision logs, change control and executive reports.

Provide input to operating models; corporate functional and information system models, performance metrics, expected outcomes and plan impacts, as appropriate.

Provide input to business development and planning process and develop timelines for implementations.

Complies with all policies and standards.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Master’s degree preferred. 6+ years combined business implementation and operations experience, preferably in a public sector, behavioral health, or managed care. Previous project management experience, including understanding and experience applying project management methodologies and tools; (i.e., project schedules, work breakdown structures, work planning, project budgeting, project staffing, issue management, change control, risk management and executive reporting). Experience with systems configuration, claims configuration and/or IT systems preferred. 4+ years of People Management experience required.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
Pay Range: $110,900.00 - $205,000.00 per year
