In this role, you’ll support the Chief People Officer and partner with key members of the HR leadership team. No two days will be the same!
Our global HR team is responsible for building and developing the best and most diverse team in travel. We’re most proud of how we connect and collaborate to make an impact for our customers. This role is a part-time position.
What You’ll Do
- HR for HR: design and implement engagement initiatives across the HR team
- Project Management: develop project plans, tracking progress, and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Support the Chief People Officer on creation and execution of our HR priorities, including compensation practices, board material preparation, internal communication, and budget management
- Partner with HR Centre of Excellences (Total Reward, HR Operations and Global Talent) to manage visibility of projects and initiatives
- Manage leadership meetings - meeting planning, agendas, facilitation and budget
- Other responsibilities including M&A and other transformational initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Comprehensive experience across all HR subject areas
- Expertise in compensation and M&A work highly preferred
- Experience in project management with clear outcomes and deliverables against tight deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail. I’s dotted, T’s crossed; you focus on producing work to the highest standards
- Outstanding communication skills
- Budget management and advanced MS office skills (Excel & PowerPoint)

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $100,000 to $200,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Award plan, which rewards participants based on company and individual performance and is also eligible for awards under the company Equity Incentive Plan, which is designed to align participants' interests with those of shareholders.
