The Director, Human Resources, reports directly to the company President and is a key member of the executive leadership team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organization’s long-term mission, values, and goals; identifies ways to support this mission through talent acquisition and development
- Identifies key performance indicators for the organization’s human resource and talent management functions; assesses the organizations success and market competitiveness based on these metrics
- Leads the employee goal setting and performance evaluation process
- Manages the succession planning process by working closely with senior leadership on selecting, developing, and upgrading talent within the organization
- Develops a training and development curriculum designed to drive higher employee performance and engagement
- Researches, develops, and implements competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs
- Resolves human resource, compensation, and benefits questions, concerns, and issues
- Ensures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements
- Consults with legal counsel on human resources matters and make recommendations to senior management as to the appropriate course of action on any issues
- Inputs and maintains employee information in the Workday HRM system
- Collaborates with internal and external parties to ensure compliance with applicable payroll laws
- Administers global benefit programs and ensure they are cost-effective, competitive, and flexible to meet the needs of a diverse workforce, while in compliance with all statutory requirements
- Develops and maintains employee policies and procedures by country
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- At least ten years of human resource management experience required
- Multi-location and international experience strongly preferred
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP a plus
