The Role:

The Director of Higher Education (DHE) will be responsible for accelerating growth across DailyPay’s higher education portfolio. This leadership role will report to and partner closely with DailyPay’s VP of Public Sector to expand DailyPay’s public sector footprint. The ideal candidate for this role will excel in a player/coach role helping DailyPay Account Executives (AEs) accelerate closure of active HE sales opportunities while also helping chart a multi-year strategy for DailyPay to achieve market share in HE.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the higher education vertical

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in higher education institutions

  • Construct a nationwide network of HE referral partners to drive consistent source of HE pipeline and sales

  • Lead HE business development efforts, and work with DailyPay Account Executives to close deals

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create tailored solutions and messaging for the higher education market and create impactful thought leadership for DailyPay in HE

  • Identify and represent DailyPay at industry events and conferences and generate qualified opportunities

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent experience

  • Deep understanding of the higher education landscape and its unique challenges

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development within the higher education industry

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Our office based employees are asked to be in the office generally 3 days per week. Remote employees will continue to have permanently remote status.
