As the Director of Growth Marketing at CLEAR, you will lead both strategy and execution across all paid digital marketing and organic search to drive customer acquisition and profitable revenue growth. You will work closely with Product, Analytics and Creative teams to ensure that CLEAR’s campaigns are optimized across all dimensions to drive best-in-class results. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role is both highly strategic and hands-on with the opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping the future of Growth Marketing at CLEAR.


What you'll do:

  • Oversee the execution and own the results of marketing campaigns across our digital channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic & Display, Organic Search & others
  • Implement a robust framework for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance across all channels and markets, leveraging data to refine strategies and improve results
  • Own continuous A/B and multivariate testing across all channels to optimize creative & messaging, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and landing pages for improved performance
  • Partner with the Product team to implement a Martech stack that delivers the level of granular measurement, control and personalization that CLEAR needs
  • Own relationships with ad networks, platforms, third-party agencies and other key partners to maximize the impact of our acquisition efforts
  •  Mentor a small but mighty team of marketing professionals, upleveling their skillsets and emphasizing data-driven decision making and a bias toward action


How you'll measure success:

  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets for key metrics (customer acquisition, ROAS, revenue growth) through data-driven strategy & best-in-class channel execution
  • Drive continuous ROAS improvement via a robust testing agenda
  • Launch and scale new digital marketing partners and channels to diversify CLEAR’s digital portfolio


Who you are:

  • 7+ years of growth marketing experience at scale with evidence of increasing responsibility
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Extensive experience in paid search, display, paid social and affiliate channels and ability to rapidly implement best practices in these channels
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to drive marketing decisions
  • Bias towards action, with a proactive approach to identifying and acting on opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
