We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Growth to join our Growth Marketing team. This role will focus on leveraging Product-led Growth (PLG) principles to drive product adoption and upsell opportunities for existing Salesforce customers

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development and Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to increase product adoption and drive upsell opportunities within the existing customer base.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the user experience and identify growth opportunities for current customers.

Product-led Growth Initiatives

  • Drive adoption and expansion through product-led strategies, including in-app experiences, personalized recommendations, and self-service upgrades.

  • Work closely with product teams to enhance the product experience, focusing on user onboarding, feature adoption, and value realization.

Data-Driven Optimization

  • Implement and oversee experimentation and optimization efforts across the customer journey to improve adoption rates and increase customer lifetime value.

  • Define and track key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of growth and adoption initiatives, driving continuous improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on shared objectives for customer growth and expansion.

  • Influence product roadmaps and feature prioritization to support adoption and upsell goals.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of growth marketers, fostering a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making.

  • Champion best practices in product-led growth, user experience, and customer success within the organization

Preferred Qualifications

1. Minimum 10+ years of experience in product-led growth, SaaS marketing, or related leadership roles

2. Proven track record of driving product-led growth strategies for a SaaS or technology company

3. Strong understanding of product management principles, lifecycle management, and user experience design

4. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to optimize performance and make informed decisions

5. Experience managing and optimizing growth funnels, including customer acquisition, activation, and retention in hybrid sales models.

6. Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing cross-functional growth teams

7. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify innovative growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment

8. Excellent communication skills to effectively present strategies and results to stakeholders

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $177,600 to $257,600.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $177,600 to $257,600.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
