The salary range for this role, based in California is $172,720.00  to $215,900.00, range will vary if outside of this location.  Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Job Summary:

Join PR USA as the Director of Field Marketing and lead our media-to-shelf marketing transformation! You'll build and coach a team of local marketing experts, develop local activation strategies, and drive commercial planning. Be the "voice of the market" and ensure our national programs resonate locally, driving profitable growth and stronger brand love.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and manage the Field Marketing team across multiple divisions.

  • Develop and execute localized activation strategies and programs.

  • Ensure local market needs are represented in annual planning.

  • Create and deliver customer/distributor sell decks.

  • Provide local market insights and feedback to brand teams.

  • Foster connections with Division General Managers and key distributors.

  • Mentor and develop Field Marketing Managers.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

  • 10-15 years of relevant marketing experience.

  • Proven ability to create local activation strategies.

  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.

  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
