Core Responsibilities:

You will be part of a dedicated ERP team, delivering to one of the LEGO Group’s most important business transformations, impacting every one of the LEGO Groups awesome employees. In the role you will report to Head of Global ERP Transformation and have significant exposure to executive management of the LEGO Group.

The LEGO Group is on an exciting journey to transform and modernize its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) capabilities, ensuring that our business operations remain agile, efficient, and future-ready. As the Director, ERP Transformation, you will play a critical role in leading and driving this transformation, ensuring it delivers measurable business impact. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to align technology with business strategy, enabling enhanced operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and scalability for future growth.

In the role you will:

· Collaborate with our Technology Lead and Implementation Partner Lead, ensuring implementation according to the selected implementation methodology to safeguard scope, timelines and resources to deliver a fit for purpose solution that is scalable and aligned with business objectives.

· Lead a cross-functional program team responsible for the transformation deliverables including change management in the ERP transformation.

· Ensure high transparency across the program by creating and orchestrating the critical path, managing interdependencies across programmes, owning the preparation for critical strategic, decision-making meetings (up to C-level), and supporting teams to work towards defined milestones

· Through established governance bodies onboard senior business leaders across the The LEGO Group the significant milestones and system go-lives.

· Work closely with senior business leaders, Digital teams, and functional leads (Finance, Supply Chain Operations, Tax, Order to cash etc.) to define business needs, priorities, and success criteria for the long term transformation

· Drive business process improvements by leveraging ERP S/4HANA capabilities to enhance productivity, compliance, and financial performance.

· Facilitate roadmap and business case(s) for future benefits to be harvested on the ERP Platform through engagement with stakeholders across the global organisation

· Foster an environment in which team members feel motivated and have an ability to grow and deliver

Play your part in our team succeeding The global ERP Transformation Team is responsible for leading one of the top business priorities of the LEGO group in close collaboration with colleagues from the entire organization.

Members of the team are passionate about ensuring that our SAP S/4HANA platform enables our flow of good, flow of money – now and in future.

Together with functional ERP Partners, Process Excellence, Deployment leads and our Transformation Office you will engage with senior leaders across functional areas and geographies to deliver ERP enabled strategic priorities.

Do you have what it takes?

A higher degree within finance, business or management in combination with your eye for business and well-developed interpersonal skills helps you to form strong working relationships across all levels and functions in the organisation. Similarly, your excellent leadership and collaboration capabilities drive you to prioritize efficiently and get energized in a project-based, cross functional team environment.

Moreover, the successful candidate comes with:

· 10+ years of proven track record in leading large scale SAP Transformations in a multinational environment

· Strong business acumen with expertise in translating business needs into technology-driven solutions.

· Strong structuring, stakeholder management, and change management skills (incl. experience with executive-level communication).

· Strong drive and willingness to learn, being proactive and resourceful. An effective collaborator with the ability to thrive in a complex business and partner landscape
