Director / Sr. Manager, Enterprise Systems is responsible for the overall strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of the NetSuite ERP system, and supporting systems, to drive operational excellence and support the organization's growth objectives. This role involves leading a team, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all enterprise systems align with the company's business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the VP of IT to develop and communicate a clear vision for the organization’s NetSuite ERP strategy, aligning it with the company’s overall business objectives and growth plans
  • Oversee and maintain NetSuite ERP, including system configuration, customization, workflows, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and implement NetSuite enhancements to meet operational needs.
  • Develop and deliver user training and documentation to enhance adoption and efficient use of NetSuite.
  • Establish and maintain robust reporting and analytics capabilities within NetSuite to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with internal IT (infrastructure, security and business intelligence) and business teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions to improve efficiency across all business functions and applications.
  • Ensure seamless integration of systems using iPaaS tools (Celigo and Pipe 17) to optimize workflows and data synchronization.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with external support and/or NetSuite representatives as needed.
  • Administer and support key supporting business applications, including Shopify, ZenDesk, Asana, Centric, and Concur. 
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and system access to ensure security and compliance.
  • Support management of technology stack as applicable including rationalization of tools and budgeting of spend.
  • Manage external service providers and consultants, holding them accountable to scope, deliverables, timing, and fees
  • Manage internal Enterprise Sytems team, driving quality, follow through, and successful outcomes with cross functional business customers
  • Identify and mitigate potential risk across all enterprise applications to minimize disruptions
  • Other duties as identified by the VP of IT or senior leadership that are applicable to the role.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a 3PL-supported E-Commerce environment
  • Comfort with basic technology; MS Office Suite, & Zoom
  • Exceptional knowledge of NetSuite including order management, inventory, RMAs, freight, duties, GL, suite scripting, workflows, suiteapps (Avalara, Celigo, Importal, etc)
  • Hands-on experience with Celigo, Pipe 17 or similar
  • Comprehensive understanding or willingness to partner related to accounting principles
  • Strong experience with managing inventory transactions across integrated systems Experienced cross-functional collaborator
  • Strong communication skills and people manager
  • Organized and attentive to detail
  • Self-motivated. Takes ownership of work and output with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • High energy and a can-do attitude, with the ability to anticipate needs
  • Hands on approach that is Resourceful and Proactive
  • Team Player that brings positive energy to the team
