Zayo has established a Change Management Office within its Operational Excellence function to proliferate change management discipline and expertise throughout the organization. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, experienced, and results-oriented Director, Enterprise Change Manager to help shape and apply a structured change management strategy and framework. This position reports to the Head of Enterprise Change Management.
The Director, Enterprise Change Manager exists to ensure the successful delivery of Zayo’s strategic transformational initiatives by driving consistent, effective change execution on a portfolio of projects designed to successfully deliver business strategy. The Director, Enterprise Change Manager must be capable of managing multiple large, complex, cross-functional change initiatives simultaneously. This role provides counsel to the executive team to solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business. The Director, Enterprise Change Manager is an expert in change management who leads and mentors teams across multiple active and interdependent programs.
* We're open to this role working in a remote capacity; however, our ideal candidate will be local to the Denver, CO area with the opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity for the needed face-to-face relationship building that is ideal for this type of position.
Responsibilities:

Develops and implements enterprise-wide change management strategies, methodologies, and tools.

Works with cross-functional teams to ensure new capabilities are being appropriately communicated to the organization and effectively incorporated into end-user training content.

Aggregates change needs across the enterprise and determines the appropriate resourcing strategy.

Performs stakeholder and change impact analyses to identify organizational readiness and potential impact & risks.

Systematically apply structured process to equip people to lead, participate in and adopt change to meet desired business outcomes.

Creates and manages measurement systems using targets and key performance indicators to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual and organization-wide changes.

Identify resistance and performance gaps to develop, recommend and implement corrective actions.

Create integrated change and readiness strategies for key strategic programs and initiatives.

Establishes and aligns cross-functional teams to successfully develop and execute integrated change plans.

Serve as a visible organizational change management coach and mentor to executive management and project teams.

Inspires and cultivates a value-driven company culture.

Grows change advocacy within the broader organization and establishes change agent networks across the organization.

Identifies opportunities to continuously evolve and enhance the capabilities of the Change Management Office.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant business experience required.

Expert in the discipline of change management.

Change management certification (ADKAR) or designation is required.

Experience leading change management efforts on large-scale, cross-functional programs including organizational impact assessments, stakeholder identification and alignment, communications planning and execution, and training needs assessment.

Advanced research, analytical and problem solving skills.

Extensive experience in presenting findings and conclusions clearly and concisely to stakeholders and executive management.

Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.

Experience collaborating cross functionally in a matrix structure and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Expert understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.

Extensive experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.

Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
Estimated base pay range for this role is $114,900-$164,200 USD/annually.
The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
