Outstanding skills in developing, communicating and implementing Data Science strategies to advance functional and corporate objectives.
Demonstrated experience in managing, recruiting and growing Data Science team.
Experience with statistical analysis, ML and AI methodologies,
Experience of working in a cloud environment and cloud-based platforms.
Strong problem solving, decision making, project management, and cross functional leadership skills.
Must be able to concentrate and demonstrate a capacity for learning technical concepts and adapting to new technologies quickly
Effective communicator with superb ability to explain statistical and data science methodologies and consequences of decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Comfortable operating with and being effective despite ambiguity
Must have the following education and experience:
BA/BS required in Economics, Statistics, Operations Research, Mathematics or related field
Master’s/PhD preferred
7+ years of data analytics and data science related experience.
3+ years of experience at leadership roles.

Annual Salary

$150,000.00 - $300,000.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
