POSITION SUMMARY
The Director - Digital Marketing will drive the digital marketing strategy for our online platforms including our Website, Servicing Portal, and Mobile App. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer journey, increase engagement, and drive business objectives using a data driven approach to lead generation and conversion.
DESCRIPTION
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the company website, customer portal, mobile app, and digital partner vendors aligning with overall business goals.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the website and portal content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with corporate strategies and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with product and UX/UI teams to enhance the overall user experience on the website and customer portal.
- Implement A/B testing and analyze user behavior to make data-driven recommendations for improving customer engagement and lead generation.
- Collaborate with creative teams on the creation and maintenance of engaging and informative content on the website and portal; ensure content is Search Engine Optimized as well as trackable utilizing FullStory and GoogleAnalytics.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to integrate digital campaigns seamlessly into the website and customer portal. Implement tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website and portal performance; provide regular insights and recommendations for optimizing digital marketing efforts and improving user experience.
- Performs related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years’ experience as a Marketing Manager with a focus on website and customer portal optimization.
Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
- Strong understanding of web analytics tools ( FullStory, Google Analytics), SEO best practices, and user experience principles.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud beacons.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with content management systems and digital marketing platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
