As the Director, Demand Generation, you will lead the team responsible for executing our marketing efforts to increase pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and drive customer adoption. You will manage targeted account marketing efforts,  broad-based campaigns, field marketing, and marketing operations.


You will work closely across all functions at Snapdocs, including sales, customer success, product marketing, corporate marketing, design, and business development, and will partner with senior leaders across the organization to define and drive successful outcomes for our company in the market.

  • Develop, execute, and measure performance of demand generation initiatives including campaigns, events, and account-marketing tactics to drive engagement with new opportunities, accelerate deals, and increase customer adoption (e.g., content, ads, webinars, events)
  • Analyze, report and optimize all demand generation programs based on ROI and demand gen and sales effectiveness to facilitate decision making and next steps
  • Manage account-based marketing team to test, measure, and execute targeted, personalized tactics 
  • Manage marketing technology tech stack to maximize effectiveness and continuously improve quality of our database
  • Improve operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to increase performance of marketing tactics
  • Define the strategic objectives for marketing in close partnership with VP Marketing
  • Evaluate current demand generation priorities and roadmap to focus on highest impact projects

Education/Qualification Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in Demand Generation at fast growing, B2B SaaS technology companies
  • 4+ years of people management experience
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing, Field Marketing, Campaigns/ Content, and Marketing Operations
  • Bachelor’s degree minimum, masters degree a plus
  • BONUS: Experience in fintech or real estate industry or marketing to a targeted account set

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Master at developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand programs and campaigns
  • Excellent communicator, builds strong relationships with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, senior leaders, and their team.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain and translate complex concepts into simple and compelling communications (written and verbal), comfort leveraging AI to accelerate content creation
  • Demonstrated analytical ability, uses data to measure results and inform decision making and strategy development
  • Project management skills, close attention to detail, and an aptitude for developing repeatable best practices
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with marketing automation and sales CRM systems, particularly Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Experience successfully leveraging account-based marketing as a key platform for demand generation
  • Skilled and proven experience bringing new campaigns and ideas to life
  • Curiosity and passion for the vision, market, and opportunity that Snapdocs is pursuing
  • Proven track record in building, leading, and executing marketing plans. 
  • Ability to get buy-in while staying focused on “getting it done” in a fast-paced team environment
  • Self-starter, inquisitive, with a strong work ethic
  • Highly team-oriented

If you are located in the SF Bay Area, NYC, or Seattle Metro area, the salary range for this role is $168,000 - $210,000. For all other locations, the range is $147,000 - $184,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position in this location. Within the range, individual pay is based on the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications.
