As leaders in providing streamlined, user-friendly solutions, we empower automotive brands to maximize online sales. Our commitment to technology, top-notch customer service, and a profound understanding of the automotive market sets us apart. The Role:

RevolutionParts is seeking a results-driven and strategic Director of Demand Generation who will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing a full-funnel demand generation strategy. This role is ideal for a hands-on, data-driven leader with a proven track record of building awareness and generating demand through innovative marketing tactics. This is NOT a demand capture role. We’re looking for someone who can effectively create demand from the ground up, building awareness, interest, and desire for our solutions across the buyer's journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Lead Demand Generation Strategy:
  • Design and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive awareness and pipeline growth for RevolutionParts.
  • Focus on building top-of-funnel demand through content marketing, outbound campaigns, paid advertising, webinars, events, and more.
  • Align closely with sales to ensure that the demand generation strategies are leading to high-quality leads and pipeline acceleration.
  • Campaign Creation and Execution:
  • Lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns designed to generate awareness and demand from target personas and accounts.
  • Build creative, data-driven programs such as webinars, email marketing, paid media campaigns, and content syndication.
  • Leverage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to strategically target and engage key accounts in the auto parts and dealership sectors.
  • Content and Messaging Strategy:
  • Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to create compelling, value-driven content that educates and nurtures leads.
  • Ensure messaging resonates with our target market, including dealership decision-makers and auto parts buyers.
  • Performance Analytics and Optimization:
  • Establish KPIs for all demand generation activities and ensure accurate tracking and reporting across all channels.
  • Use data to analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and continuously optimize for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Regularly report on campaign performance to senior leadership, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights.
  • Sales and Marketing Alignment:
  • Partner closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoffs, optimize MQL/SQL conversion, and develop effective lead nurturing programs.
  • Develop strong sales enablement strategies to ensure alignment on messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a growing team of demand-generation professionals, providing guidance on strategy, execution, and career development.
  • Collaborate across the marketing team and with other departments to align on broader company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation, with a clear focus on creating demand, not just capturing latent demand.
  • Demonstrated success in building awareness, driving interest, and moving leads through the buyer journey in fast-paced environments.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing in a B2B SaaS environment. Experience in eCommerce or automotive-related industries is a strong plus.
  • Expertise in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital channels such as email, paid search, paid social, webinars, content marketing, SEO, and display advertising.
  • Ability to set metrics, track performance, and optimize based on data insights. Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to align on lead generation goals, lead scoring, and the overall marketing-to-sales funnel process.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
