The Director, D365 Finance & Supply Chain (FSC) will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and execution of Microsoft D365 FSC initiatives within our organization. This individual will lead a team of professionals to ensure the successful implementation, optimization, and support of Dynamics 365 FSC solutions to meet our business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities

Shape the strategy. Develop and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for our D365 FSC implementation and optimization.

Partner with leadership. Work closely with executives to align D365 FSC initiatives with business objectives and long-term growth.

Stay ahead of trends. Provide thought leadership by keeping up with industry best practices and emerging innovations in Microsoft D365 FSC.

Lead & inspire. Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Define roles and responsibilities, set clear performance expectations, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Drive team engagement and morale through effective communication, recognition, and support.

Drive execution. Oversee the full lifecycle of Microsoft D365 FSC projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.

Partner with project managers to manage project scope, risks, and dependencies, and proactively address any issues or roadblocks.

Collaborate across teams. Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, sustainable D365 FSC solutions.

Manage relationships. Build strong connections with key client executives, internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts across Armanino.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field—or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing and managing Microsoft D365 Finance & Supply Chain, AX solutions.

A track record of successfully leading large-scale Microsoft D365 FSC projects across various industries.

Strong leadership and management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate teams to perform at their best.

Client-Focused Approach. Experience building and growing executive-level client relationships.

Deep understanding of Microsoft D365 FSC capabilities, architecture, and best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Willingness to travel as needed.

For Illinois residents, the compensation range for this position: $200,000 - $246,000. For Washington residents, the compensation range for this position: $215,000 - $272,000. For New York residents, the compensation range for this position: $215,000 - $272,000. For Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $215,000 - $272,000. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $225,000 - $283,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
