Closinglock was founded in 2017 by Andy White, CEO, and his wife, Abigail White. The company is headquartered in Austin, TX, with an office in downtown Austin. Today the company has grown to 80+ employees across product & engineering, sales, partnerships, customer success, marketing, and finance.

About the Role
We're looking for a highly strategic, organized, and resourceful Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted advisor to our CEO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is excited by the challenge of building and scaling alongside the founder of Closinglock. You'll play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives forward, improving internal operations, and keeping the executive team focused on the highest-impact work.
What You'll Do

• Act as a strategic thought partner and trusted advisor to the CEO
• Help drive the execution of company priorities, ensuring alignment and accountability across teams
• Lead and manage key cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Own internal planning processes (OKRs, quarterly planning, leadership offsites, board prep, etc.)
• Improve visibility and communication across departments by streamlining processes and removing roadblocks
• Proactively identify areas of operational inefficiency and develop scalable solutions
• Prepare presentations, reports, and analysis for board meetings, investor updates, and strategic decision-making
• Support hiring, onboarding, and organizational planning at the leadership level
• Operate with a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and judgment

Who You Are

• 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (startups, consulting, VC/PE-backed companies, or similar)
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple work streams at one time
• Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to distill complex ideas into actionable plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-you're just as comfortable in the boardroom as you are in the weeds
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity

This is a full-time, in-person position in our Austin, TX office.
