We’re looking for a leader of our Corporate Finance team, to build the team and capabilities around all facets corporate finance. You will partner across the broader finance organization to drive financial forecasts, deliver business analytics and insights, and develop the annual operating budgets and multi-year plans. This role is ideal for a seasoned software finance professional who is comfortable working across different areas of finance and the business to drive the rhythms of the company.
What you’ll do:

Lead the team responsible for partnering with the Senior Leadership team and broader finance organization

Focus on developing business models to help grow the topline metrics for the company
-
Produce key financial and operational reporting for the business
-
Collaborate with finance and business partners to deliver financial objectives; oversee monthly P&L reviews; and identify trends along with board reporting

Lead departmental initiatives in continuous improvement of financial processes and the development of the team to achieve best practices

Lead and mentor a high performing team

Drive the annual planning process for the organization
The Experience you bring:
-
10+ years of progressive professional finance experience demonstrating increasing responsibility, scope, and leadership across FP&A or other finance functions
-
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience in both excel and cloud-based FP&A planning tools like Adaptive

High-growth SaaS / Software experience a preference
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously; ability to effectively delegate work to team members
Bonus points if you have:

Prior experience in private-equity or public SaaS companies

Ability to develop and present effective executive-level communications

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in the US ranges between $150,000 - $200,000 annually + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
