A Director of Content Marketing and Thought Leadership who can cut through the industry jargon and share the League story and point of view. What You'll Do
- Work with executive stakeholders to break down complex narratives into simple, compelling ideas.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that positions League as the category leader in healthcare consumer experience.
- Oversee the production of high-quality written and visual content, including blog posts, white papers, ebooks, webinars, infographics, and videos.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to develop unique insights and thought leadership pieces that resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, product marketing, etc.) and external partners to ensure content aligns with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Track and analyze content performance, using data to optimize strategies and maximize impact.
- Implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and visibility
Who You Are
- 6+ years of experience in content marketing or thought leadership, healthcare industry knowledge is a must.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive measurable results.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
- A passion for healthcare innovation and a desire to make a difference.
- A self-starter with a can-do attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for base salaries for the position across all Canadian locations. Where in the band you may land is determined by job-related skills/experience. $98,200—$147,200 CAD
