We’re seeking a Director of DMS Consulting Practice to drive business development, optimize operational processes, and lead transformational projects for top-tier Am Law 200 firms. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prestigious law firms.
- Spearhead business development efforts, expanding our footprint and service offerings.
- Provide strategic leadership, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
- Design and implement advanced content lifecycle management solutions within DMS environments.
- Conduct in-depth business analysis and develop customized client recommendations.
- Manage complex, multi-year DMS projects, specializing in NetDocuments and iManage.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and stay ahead of industry trends and certifications.
- Mentor consulting teams, fostering professional growth and excellence.
- Represent eSentio at industry events and contribute thought leadership through articles and white papers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years of consulting experience with large law firms (global firms preferred).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead business development efforts and manage billable consultants.
- Expertise: Strong background in ECM consulting, DMS design, and implementation projects.
- Technical Skills: Extensive experience with NetDocuments, iManage, and related integrations.
- Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of law firm governance, security, and risk management.
- Project Execution: 7+ years of leading large-scale technology implementation projects.
- Communication: Exceptional writing, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
