Job Description:

The primary purpose of this position is to drive profitable growth within the Green Bay Machinery division by developing and executing strategic plans. This role involves leading and coaching the Green Bay Machinery team while working collaboratively across functions to maximize profitability and support key business initiatives. Additionally, this position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers at various levels to foster partnerships. Travel is required as needed to achieve these goals.
Key responsibilities include creating an organizational structure that supports both short- and long-term financial objectives, setting goals and accountabilities for individuals and teams, and providing leadership and coaching to ensure continuous growth and development. The role also emphasizes promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
This position is located at Schreiber Foods corporate office in Green Bay, WI. Since the 1960s Green Bay Machinery (GBM) has offered equipment to satisfy entry-level to mature markets in the process cheese, bakery and other industries. We supply stand-alone equipment, complete production systems, equipment upgrades, used and refurbished machinery, spare parts and customized operator and maintenance training. The position will work closely with the GBM team and our vendor partners.


What you’ll do:


• Develop and execute strategies for profitable growth across our OEM Business.
• Develop and maintain relationships at multiple levels across our customer base in order demonstrate commitment and develop partnerships. Travel as necessary to accomplish this.
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members to ensure continued growth and development and achieve targets. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Work closely with other business areas to support company-wide initiatives and drive overall business success.
• Lead project teams, present recommendations and gain commitment on key initiatives within the division or organization.
• Monitor financial reporting systems in order to keep company apprised of progress to goals.


What you will need to succeed:


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business or Finance. Master’s degree preferred.
• 8-15 years’ experience in Business Management – Sales/Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Demonstrated success in business management
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, understanding of financials
• Leadership and planning proficiency
• Experience identifying and championing projects, and formulating a business case
• Ability to operate with autonomy, while still within company procedures/processes
• Focus on improving business procedures/processes
• 15% international travel
