Summary Description
Infinx is seeking a visionary AI Transformation Director to spearhead the company's journey toward becoming an AI-native organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will lead strategic initiatives to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) and automation into core business functions, driving innovation and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, technical acumen, and leadership skills to identify and implement AI-driven solutions across Infinx's business operations. 
Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership:
  
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI transformation strategy aligned with Infinx's business goals.
  • Serve as the key advisor to the executive team on AI trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Work with senior leaders to frame, structure, and execute the transformation initiative.
• Use Case Identification and Mapping:
  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact AI and automation use cases across business units.
  • Prioritize opportunities based on business value, feasibility, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Proof of Concept (PoC) Development:
  
  • Lead the design and execution of PoCs to validate AI solutions and demonstrate value.
  • Define success metrics for PoCs, ensuring measurable outcomes that align with business objectives.
• Solution Implementation:
  
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of AI solutions, ensuring integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive adoption and maximize ROI.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  • Partner with teams in finance, operations, marketing, sales, HR, and IT to identify AI-driven opportunities and tailor solutions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration to accelerate AI adoption across the organization.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
  • Establish robust frameworks to measure and track the success of AI initiatives.
  • Continuously optimize deployed solutions to enhance performance and business impact.

Required Skills and Education

• Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+years or more of applicable experience may substitute
• 4+ years of experience in building and deploying AI/automation solutions in B2B environments
• Proven track record of successfully leading AI transformation initiatives across multiple business functions
• Strong experience in developing and scaling AI PoCs, setting success metrics, and ensuring solution adoption
• Experience leading company-wide transformation initiatives in management consulting capacity or equivalent experience within a technology company
• Experience with AI, automation, data, and how to apply these capabilities to drive measurable impact to business performance and customer experience
• Skilled in strategic program/project management
• Ability to build relationships and inspire/influence colleagues at all levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Experience with change management frameworks and internal communications
• Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment

Required Skills and Education

• Experience in the healthcare or technology sectors
• Familiarity with emerging AI trends and technologies, including generative AI and advanced machine learning models
• Knowledge of change management and driving cultural shifts toward AI adoption
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Exceptional project management skills with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within budget
