As an Executive Assistant in the Digital Health team, you will be trusted to play a crucial role in supporting high-level executives by managing a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks. In this role, a typical day will include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to VP, Digital Health (DH) and three additional senior-level leaders, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and handling correspondence
- Managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Organizing and coordinating DH events, meetings, and conferences (onsite and offsite)
- Maintaining accurate records of transactions, contracts, and purchase orders, including iCertus
- Arranging travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics
- Assisting in special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (or Assoc.+0; Bach +0)
- 3 years of relevant experience
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- Travel Requirements: 5%

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment; experience in a sales environment
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-starter working in well-defined guidelines and in a highly confidential manner.
