Director, Agency Strategy & Operations

EverQuote is a rapidly growing company with a vision to build a new offering that provides our distribution partners with high quality consumers who fit their risk profile. The individual in this role will drive this initiative by coordinating a cross-functional team that will execute the initiatives to realize this goal.
The Director, Agency Strategy Ops will be responsible for the development and execution of the highest priority strategic growth initiatives for EverQuote, the leading online insurance marketplace in the US. This role will report to the VP of Strategy and Ops and will work closely with other senior members of the EverQuote team. 

This role will provide significant executive exposure and a strong foundation in the EverQuote business and touch several different functions (e.g., digital marketing/traffic acquisition, enterprise partnerships, distribution) that will set this individual up for rapid development and career growth within the company.

This is a hybrid role that will require being in our Cambridge, MA office 2 days a week.

What you’ll do:

• Supporting day to day operations for our Agency business across the entire business unit
• Managing and supporting day to day operational needs for the team across various operational areas like – Workforce Management, Quality Assurance, Incentive Compensation, Internal Tools, and Go To Market Coordination
• Driving strategic thinking and decision making for the Agency business engaging closely quarterly Operational Planning and Long-Term Planning 

Who you are:

• 4+ years of experience, preferably at a top consulting firm, tech company, or similar role
• Strong organizational skills and are able to handle multiple, complex programs at the same time
• Solid analytical and technical skills, capable of self-serving data from BI tools as well as some SQL capability and manipulating raw data via SQL or Excel to create models, projections and perform funnel analysis 
• Possess an excellent communication skillset capable of leading a crossfunctional group and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
• High achiever who has a track record of success across multiple endeavors (academic, professional, extracurricular)
• Enthusiastic about the work that you do and drive the people that you work with to produce the best output
