The DIRECTV Ad Sales team is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director of Ad Sales for our Out of Home (OOH) division, focusing on DIRECTV Remote customers across the entire United States. This key leadership role will be responsible for driving revenue generation, managing client relationships, and developing forward-thinking sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong OOH agency contacts, extensive knowledge of the advertising space, and a proven track record of achieving revenue quotas. Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Oversee the achievement of revenue quotas for DIRECTV Remote customers across the United States.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred; MBA a plus.
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in advertising sales, with a focus on OOH and a proven track record of success.
  • Extensive network of contacts within OOH agencies and relevant client industries.
  • Strong understanding of the DIRECTV Remote platform and its advertising capabilities.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue quotas.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex advertising solutions to senior executives.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals.
  • In-depth knowledge of the OOH advertising landscape, including emerging trends and technologies.
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and campaign performance metrics.

The Base Salary range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position and work location(s) listed in the job posting US Labor Market Zone(s). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

DIRECTV WAGE ZONE

N4: $187,450 - $281,060

Please note that the salary ranges reflect base salary only and do not include bonus or benefits - when you consider all of these together, it represents a pretty impressive total compensation package.
