This role is crucial in overseeing and leading a team of commercial account managers to increase service penetration (share of wallet), ensure the success and satisfaction of clients.

The Account Management MD is accountable for driving revenue growth through strong commercial skills and team leadership, and for maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Team Leadership – coaching and driving an operational discipline to build a strong SoW pipeline and monitoring credit line renewals. Monitor commercial targets.
  • Client Relationship Management - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with products or services.
  • Developing strategies to grow accounts, increase revenue, and meet company goals. This may involve upselling, cross-selling, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Leading new projects to improve client experience and business innovation

Education and Experience

  • BS or BA in business or related field required
  • +7 years in B2B sales or account management environment, preferably selling complex financial concepts/products or other intangible products/services. Experience selling in C-suite settings and influencing C-suite decision-makers strongly preferred.
  • +5 years management positions

Knowledge and Competencies

  • Commercial mentality; service penetration and client relationship focused Demonstrated sales discipline and record of sales success and experience leading the successful acquisition of new business through a structured process
  • Ability to travel
  • Preferred experience in a financial services, customer-facing commercial sales position
  • Critical thinking - can offer creative solutions to meet client and prospect needs
  • Drive results by successfully presenting to customers and senior management Proven ability to effectively interact at all levels of an organization
