As Mirakl continues to grow globally, we are seeking a talented Director of Account Management, to join our team to drive revenue growth globally for Mirakl, and client satisfaction across our platform portfolio.Your Mission:As a Director of Account Management at Mirakl, you will be responsible for managing and expanding revenue while building up a strong team of local Account Managers and helping driving the right strategies for the US & EMEA. Acting as a true leader, you will work closely with executive stakeholders in Mirakl’s clients base, to understand their business needs, deliver tailored solutions, and drive mutual success through an extended portfolio of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth: Identify the right sales strategies to achieve revenue objectives while capitalizing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand within Mirakl Platform
  • Client Retention: Put in place proactive strategics to renew Mirakl clients and prevent churn. Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers (executive teams, particularly C-level) across our clients.
  • Building up a team: Hire and develop your team in Europe and in the US to onboard them fast, bring them up to spead on the Mirakl portfolio. Setup a structured and efficient sales cadence, for the team to measure progress against goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish extended cadence with other key Mirakl teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to ensure a seamless and consistent client experience.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to proactively address client challenges and position Mirakl as a strategic partner.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience:  8+ years in account management, sales, or client success roles, in a management position for 3 to 5 years in a SaaS (B2B) or tech environment delivering growth through diverse SaaS product categories.
  • Strong Business and Financial Acumen: Ability to understand complex business models and identify solutions that align with client goals.
  • Exceptional Communication: Skilled at engaging with C-Levels and navigating multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strategic Mindset: Adept at crafting and executing long-term account strategies that drive both client success and business growth.
  • Global Perspective: Experience working in an international context, with the ability to navigate cultural nuances and manage across time zones.
  • Collaborative Approach: A team player who thrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
