Ce que vous ferez :

Maintenir et développer les relations avec les comptes stratégiques existants et leurs filiales sur votre territoire, en agissant comme point de contact unique pour vos clients.

Préparer et fournir des analyses commerciales formelles aux décideurs de l'entreprise du compte stratégique et aux cadres commerciaux de haut niveau.

Suivre et prospecter de grands projets impliquant des clients stratégiques ; envoyer des pistes aux représentants commerciaux de la succursale.

Prospecter et qualifier de nouveaux comptes stratégiques à partir des comptes existants de l'agence, des comptes dormants ou des comptes de non-clients, y compris les comptes des concurrents.

Utiliser Sales Force.com et d'autres outils de gestion de la relation client pour accroître la productivité.

Soutenir les efforts globaux des représentants des ventes externes et des gestionnaires de comptes nationaux et travailler en étroite collaboration avec eux afin de générer des revenus pour les comptes nationaux et les succursales, en plus des comptes stratégiques qui vous ont été attribués.

Exigences :

Baccalauréat

5 ans et plus d'expérience dans la vente, de préférence dans une succursale ou dans la gestion des ventes, avec une expérience des grands comptes ou une expérience de représentant commercial au sein d'une entreprise.

Permis de conduire valide et en cours de validité, avec un dossier de conduite sûr et la capacité de voyager 70 % du temps dans le territoire assigné.

Forte orientation vers le service à la clientèle

Excellentes compétences en matière de leadership, de communication, de présentation, de négociation et de recherche.

Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et grande motivation pour réussir même en cas de revers.

Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et capacité à utiliser les outils technologiques pour améliorer l'efficacité des performances.

Familiarité avec FW Dodge ou d'autres outils de données commerciales.

Ce poste est considéré comme sensible à la sécurité aux fins des politiques et procédures de United Rentals.

As a Strategic Account Manager at United Rentals, you will be responsible for managing and acting as a single point of contact for strategic accounts within a specified district, region or cluster of branches. In this key role, you will increase our company's market share and grow a strategic account customer base. You may also be assigned large projects or be tasked with prospecting large projects.

As our primary contact for strategically important large customers, you will leverage your sales skills and savvy to completely understand and anticipate the needs of these key clients and address them promptly and professionally. In addition, your strategic vision will guide our growth and drive your career achievement.
 

What you'll do:

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing strategic accounts and their subsidiary companies in your territory, acting as a single point of contact for your customers

  • Prepare and provide formal business reviews to strategic account company decision makers and high level sales executives

  • Monitor and prospect large projects involving strategic account customers; send leads to branch sales representatives 

  • Prospect and qualify new strategic accounts from existing branch accounts, dormant or non-customer accounts, including competitor accounts

  • Utilize Sales Force.com and other CRM Tools to increase productivity

  • Support the overall efforts of and closely partner with Outside Sales Representatives and National Account Managers, to drive national account revenue and branch revenue, in addition to your assigned strategic accounts

  • Other duties assigned as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5 + years of sales experience, preferably in branch or sales management, with large account experience or Sales Representative internal company experience

  • Current valid driver's license with a safe driving record and the ability to travel 70% of the time within assigned territory

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation and research skills

  • Ability to work independently & highly motivated to succeed even when setbacks occur

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to use technology tools to increase performance efficiency

  • Familiarity with FW Dodge or other sales data tools
