Job Description
Become a Digital Project Manager at Digitas, where brilliant minds come together to bring to life bold, data and technology-driven solutions for Vietnam’s and world’s leading brands.
We are looking for a Digital Project Manager, someone who has a passion for project management in application of marketing technologies such as CMS, CRM, Analytics or eCommerce and is ready to use them as a solution to address our Clients’ business challenges.
What you’ll do:
- Develop identified solutions with internal or external Teams on time and with quality
- Consult technical solutions to Client’s business problems
- Use specialized expertise in marketing technology software or platforms to improve the user experience, reporting, and performance
- Take responsibility for the technical performance and impact on the business throughout the lifecycle
- Train/coach junior technical talent
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary stakeholders (internal, external parties or vendors, etc.) to deliver on time, with quality and with desired performance
Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience, and proven expertise in marketing technology software, platforms (Adobe, Google Cloud Platform, CRM, and Marketing Cloud) and managing digital projects
- Hands-on experience working with Analytics (GA/GTM, AA), Experience Optimization solutions
- Knowledge and practical application of project management methodologies
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactiveness, and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy enough to know what's realistic and what's not
- Ability to understand the bigger picture of the business
- Quick learner, good presentation skills, and confidence to take on new challenges
- Communication skills in Vietnamese and English
