Job Description

SERVICE MANAGEMENT

In the role as Digital Workplace Manager for M365 you will lead the delivery and ongoing optimization of M365 Office & Productivity services, ensuring they consistently fulfill the business and user requirements.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

You will engage with stakeholders to capture their needs and guarantee that M365 Office & Productivity services align seamlessly with business objectives.

INCIDENT AND PROBLEM MANAGEMENT

In this role you will manage and resolve incidents and problems related to M365 Office & Productivity services, ensuring quick resolutions and minimal user impact.

SERVICE DELIVERY

You will ensure that M365 Office & Productivity services are provided according to established service levels and performance standards.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

You will identify and implement improvements to M365 Office & Productivity services, enhancing performance and boosting user satisfaction.

USER ADOPTION

You will work closely with the M365 Product Owner to drive ongoing efficiency improvements and significantly increase user satisfaction with M365 Office & Productivity services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on M365 services

Proven experience in managing Microsoft 365 services, including M365 Apps for Enterprise, Planner, Forms, MS Project, and MS Visio, with a deep understanding of its suite of applications

Solid technical background with the ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and innovate within the M365 ecosystem

Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders

A proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and manage multiple priorities

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,392 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
