Associate to be a member of ICTC Brazil Tech team. ICTC is comprised of tax, treasury and statutory account professionals that are responsible for providing end-to-end local tax and treasury services for Mars & Royal Canin, as well as statutory account services for Mars.

As we continue to expand our automation initiatives, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as ICTC Tech Analyst, with a primary focus on utilizing Microsoft Power Platform. As an ICTC Tech Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving automation initiatives within ICTC, with a primary focus on leveraging Microsoft Power Platform to streamline processes and enhance productivity. You will work closely with the teams to identify automation opportunities, design solutions, and implement automation workflows using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

What are we looking for?

  • University degree/Bachelor’s degree or, at least, in progress in Information Technology, or Accounting, Business Administration
  • English as a second language a must, Spanish is desirable
  • Technologically savvy (Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, SharePoint, PowerApps, etc.)
  • 1-2 years of prior experience in tax, treasury, and/or statutory departments is desirable
  • Able to work on multiple projects at once.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Power BI for data visualization, Power Apps for app development, and Power Automate for workflow automation.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of automation solutions to ensure functionality and reliability.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on utilizing automation tools and applications effectively.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and best practices related to Microsoft Power Platform and other automation technologies.
  • Desirable knowledge of the tax and/or treasury routines
  • Experience with other automation tools and technologies, as well as knowledge of basic programming concepts (e.g., JavaScript, SQL) would be a plus.
